What’s different about joining the team at Soar Valley Press?
We can tailor a package that suits your needs and those of the business! We can accommodate flexi working and reduced hours, recognising that worklife balance is really important and life outside of work is not always straightforward; and the salary which is in the range of £20,000 to £25,000 is tailored to the individual.
Nobody wants to work on their birthday so we always give our team their birthday off or if it’s at the weekend then the next day to recover. We want our team to be refreshed not exhausted, so we offer a generous number of days off each year alongside bank holidays.
Your wellbeing is really important to us. How can you give 100% to our clients and each other if you are not 100%? We recognise the role we play in this and are always open to chat about how things are and what we can change to help you. We have a table tennis table which is great to relieve stress, just shout out and a team member will give you a game of ping pong.
With Leicester Tigers as a key client there will be opportunities to enjoy the atmosphere at home games from time to time.
We run a well organised ship! Making sure there is time to do the important tasks and that workload is properly balanced across the team. It’s important you stay chipper and refreshed so we encourage you to take a break and go for a stroll, taking in the countryside air and wonderful views. We invest in our team and will help you with in-house training, personal development and one-to-one catch-ups.

Not to worry, we believe we have the knowledge and structure to teach and support you. We encourage our team members to progress and master skills particularly in areas where they are keen to develop. Whether you are recently out of education or have lots of experience, we are supportive of training and development.
Our structured induction and training approach will ensure you have the support you need when you need it.
