Our inspiration in Aspirational Magazine

Soar Valley Press Featured in Aspirational Magazine – In Stores Now

The Spring/Summer 2012 issue of Aspirational magazine, which is in stores now, has featured our menu and place settings in their article about the Diamond Jubilee visit to Leicester. The last few months have been hectic here at Soar Valley Press. We began as we meant to go on – in regal splendour. It seems like a long time ago now that we were asked to produce the table settings for the Diamond Jubilee visit – so it was a lovely surprise to see them featured in the magazine. We also produced the beautiful 10 metre banners which hung from the cathedral during the official Diamond Jubilee celebrations. One reporter commented that the banners created such a jaw-dropping visual impact that the crowd completely missed Kate Middleton walking by, as they couldn’t take their eyes off of our magnificent banners. If you’re holding an event with Royal aspirations (or one that us mere minions can also attend) get in touch with us about designing and producing table settings or about the variety of different banners we offer to create the perfect back-drop to any event. If it’s good enough for the Queen…

Hot off the Press

Speaking of magazines, we’ve just finished the production and distribution of quarterly magazine In Shape. This 16 page, full colour, glossy magazine goes out to all the Anglican churches in the East Midlands. We manage the production and distribution of 16,000 copies of this magazine every quarter. Drop us a line if you need a magazine or leaflet distributed to a wide audience. We’d be happy to chat about what your needs are and how we can fulfil them.

We’re not Mugs when it comes to Mugs.

We love a cuppa here at SVP and it would seem you do too… we’ve got the knack for picking a good mug from a bad mug in a line up, and we think that’s why there’s been an increase in interest about the personalised mugs we design and produce. It all started with the mugs we gave out at our Open Day in personalised gift boxes. Since then the mug requests have been “pouring in” – sorry, couldn’t resist the pun! The most recent request was for a mug commemorating the Queens Diamond Jubilee celebrations and her visit to St Martin’s House, which you can buy online here. What makes our mugs different from the rest, apart from the great picture quality and the fact that they’re dishwasher safe, is the service you’ll get during the design, production and distribution stages. We’ll give you our expert, impartial advice through out the decision making process to make sure you get the exact product to meet your needs. There’s also the option of personalisation to make your mugs stand out from all the other mugs. Give us a call if you want your mug on a mug.

Tigers are Top of the Tables

Rugby fans will know that our favourite team Leicester Tigers have reached the Aviva Premiership play-offs and will be facing Harlequins in the final at Twickenham on Saturday. As massive rugby fans we were only too pleased to be asked to get involved with the hospitality side of things. We’ve been busy, busy, busy, on this fast turn-around job, producing passes, menus, car park passes and getting involved in the branding, ready for the big day. We’re very excited for the final on Saturday and wish the team the best of luck. If you’ve got an event coming up and you need results fast then give us a call. Our committed team will work round the clock to make sure you don’t miss your deadlines. #royalty
